UK Delivery

UK Delivery is charged at £2.95 per order, and orders are sent out by Royal Mail’s First Class Recorded Delivery where a signature is required upon receipt of goods.

If your order is placed before midday on weekdays, it should reach you within a maximum of 3 days from that day. All orders placed on a Friday should reach you by Wednesday at the latest. These delivery times are dependent on Royal Mail and may be affected by their seasonal business (e.g. at Valentine’s & Christmas time).

International Delivery

Delivery to EU countries will be charged at £5.00 per delivery. We use Royal Mail’s International Recorded Delivery service where a signature is required by the recipient and an item is trackable. We will send items out within 48 hours of an order being received, and Royal Mail allows 20 days for delivery of parcels shipped in this way, but it is usually considerably quicker than this.

Delivery to the rest of the world will be charged at £7.50 per delivery. We use Royal Mail’s International Recorded Delivery service where a signature is required by the recipient and an item is trackable. We will send items out within 48 hours of an order being received, and Royal Mail allows 25 days for delivery of parcels shipped in this way, but it is usually considerably quicker than this.

Stock Availability

Whilst of course every effort is made to send items immediately, as we are a trading retail shop operating on the high street, there may be occasions where stock suddenly becomes unavailable before the stock system has reacted to this and we are unable to send out orders. Under these circumstances, you will be informed as soon as possible and refunded in full should you do not wish to wait.
