Returns and Exchanges
We wish you to be happy with your purchase and it is not always easy to choose a product online as compared to when you can pick it up and feel it in-store. Therefore, when you buy online from us, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 10 days of delivery in its original condition for a replacement or a refund.
Returned products must be:
1. Unworn and unused
2. In a resaleable condition
3. In their original packaging with all documentation still in place
4. In the case of earrings, in their unopened sealed bag*
We will pay your return postage costs for an item that arrives broken or damaged. Simply telephone the shop during weekdays and we will provide returns instructions. All returns must be accompanied by the returns form once it has been completed.
You can return your purchase directly to us via the post, for a refund or an exchange, or you can visit our shop in Bath to exchange your purchase for something more suitable, or for a refund less p&p charges if within 14 days of purchase.
We guarantee the quality & performance of products within a reasonable time period & with normal use, & where there has not been misuse or neglect. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
For full details of our in-store returns policy please contact us, or see the notices displayed in the shop, as earrings are sold unsealed instore and therefore are not returnable.
* In the case of all earrings for pierced ears, your purchase will be supplied in a sealed clear plastic tamper evident bag. You will be able to clearly see the items and examine them without removing them from the bag. Unless they are found to be faulty, we are unable to accept these items for return or refund if they are removed from the bag or the bag shows evidence of tampering. This is for your and other customers’ protection on the grounds of hygiene and health and is standard industry practice.
