Returns and Exchanges
We wish you to be happy with your purchase and it is not always easy to choose a product online as compared to when you can pick it up and feel it in-store. Therefore, when you buy online from us, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us and we will can accept a return and offer you a replacement or a refund within 28 days of pruchase. On unwanted goods this refund will be for the value of the goods only and will exclude the postage originally paid by you.
Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange or give refunds on earrings.
Returned products must be:
1. Unworn and unused
2. In a resaleable condition
3. In their original packaging with all documentation still in place
We will pay your return postage costs for an item that arrives broken or damaged. Simply telephone the shop during weekdays and we will provide returns instructions. All returns must be accompanied by the returns form once it has been completed.
You can return your purchase directly to us via the post, for a refund or an exchange, or you can visit our shop in Bath to exchange your purchase for something more suitable, or for a refund less p&p charges if within 28 days of purchase.
We guarantee the quality & performance of products within a reasonable time period & with normal use, & where there has not been misuse or neglect. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
